GoWatr Pvt Ltd is the sole and exclusive owner of the website registered under the domain name www.gowatr.com and mobile application or through customer care through a national phone number 9444222000 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “ Gowatr or Gowatr Platform”). This Policy inter-alia covers the terms concerning the privacy of your Personal Information in our Gowatr Platform including but not limited to information related to your past use of the services offered on the Platform, between you and Gowatr or its affiliates, representatives, successors, permitted assigns. We are highly committed to the privacy of your data and information and in providing excellent service to all of our customers and visitors to the Gowatr Platform. By visiting the Gowatr Platform, you are accepting to and are in satisfaction of the practices described in this Policy. Disputes:

A. In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim directly or indirectly caused by, arising out of or relating to this Policy will be governed by the laws of India. B. The parties shall use all reasonable endeavors to first resolve the matter on an amicable basis, within a period of Sixty (90) days. No recourse to arbitration by one party against the other party under this Policy shall take place unless and until such procedure has been followed. C. Any unresolved disputes or claims which may arise out of or in connection with the Policy shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings will be presided by a sole arbitrator to be appointed based on mutual consent of both parties in writing. D. The arbitration proceedings shall be in English and shall be held in Chennai, India. E. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties. F. Subject to the above, you hereby submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Chennai, India.
